Each set of ARIES 3" round nerf bars is engineered for a custom fit. This means the length of the tubes, the bends, the step pads and the brackets are all uniquely designed for a specific vehicle application. This ensures the best fit possible, a streamlined installation, optimized integration with the layout of your vehicle, and a solid, non-skid step right where you need it. To ensure maximum strength and rigidity, these black nerf bars are constructed from carbon steel. The round bars feature a 3" outside diameter and are built with heavy-wall tubing. Each set of tubes is also shaped and bent to contour to the rocker panels of the vehicle and complement its existing style.

For dependable weather resistance through all seasons, ARIES 3" steel nerf bars are shielded in a dual powder coat finish. The initial coat is an E-coat finish that creates a solid foundation for the steel tubes, protecting them against rain, mud, road salt and ultimately rust. The E-coat is then combined with a final semi-gloss black powder coat. This durable black finish further protects the nerf bars against corrosion, while easily withstanding nicks, scratches and scuffs from small debris. The finish is also designed to resist UV damage for long-lasting fade resistance.
