That’s right you read right this bike rack does no touch the frame only the tires which protects your frame 100%. Rather than using the hook to grip the bike frame, the Transfer 3 provides a platform for the bike tires to rest in and uses the adjustable hook to grip the tires giving it the 0 contact. This makes loading and unloading bicycles very quick and easy, with excellent stability. The Kuat Transfer 3 fits both 1-1/4” and 2” receiver tubes.
